ToolHund's REST API and MCP endpoint expose the same structured data that powers this site: hand-curated tool profiles, vendor-neutral scores, pricing snapshots, alternatives graphs and category taxonomies.
Recommendation endpoints accept a task or intent and return ranked tools with reasoning fields — designed for LLM apps that need explainable picks, not black-box embeddings.
For AI agents, our MCP server exposes the same catalog via the Model Context Protocol so any MCP-aware agent can search, compare and recommend tools.
Commercial use requires a licensed key. Public discovery endpoints (health, map, demo) are free for evaluation.
